Alright, Let’s Innovate:

One of the most asked questions in my DMs is, “How do you create so much quality content without ever missing a day?”.

The answer is quite simple.

I’ve been building systems for more than nine years. I change my business almost monthly to grow, improve, and simplify my life.

Here’s how I content batch never to miss a day of posting:

Build Content Categories:

The first and most crucial step to gaining clarity on what, when, and why you post specific content is building out your content categories.

Here’s an example of what this looks like:

Each week, I post the following types of content (they fall into these categories):

  • Newsletter Plugs (Email Growth)

  • Lifestyle (Follower Growth)

  • Video (Email Growth)

  • Course Plug (Promotional)

  • Testimonials (Promotional)

  • Educational Single Image (Follower Growth)

  • Client Updates (Promotional)

Each category has a purpose.

Here’s how to implement this into your business:

  1. Write down 3-5 content categories.

  2. Create a calendar and pick specific days for each category.

  3. Color code which day it is so you never lose track.

Now that you know when and what type of content you’ll be posting, let’s get into “stealing” ideas from successful content creators:

“Steal” Ideas:

So, what do I mean by this?

You aren’t copying/pasting other creators’ content.

You’re simply stealing inspiration from their:

  • Formatting

  • Topics

  • Copy

For example, I posted a seven-day challenge to make $100 online. The link to the post is here.

If I wanted to create something similar since the post performed very well in terms of capturing emails, here’s what I’d do:

  1. Copy the post into Taplio (Google Docs if you don’t have it).

  2. Remove the specific pointers and turn them into a generic template.

  3. Re-write the hook based on the topic you’re writing about.

  4. Re-write the CTA to include what you have to offer.

The post would go from this:

Making money online is simple, not easy.

Here's how to make $100 in 7 days:

99% of creators haven’t made any money online because they are trying too hard to make money. You can’t make your entire persona online just around “bagging out.”

Here’s what you need before we begin:

• Clarity on what you want to do.
• Authentic and genuine intentions.
• Provide free “stuff” for nothing in return.

To this:

[main topic] is simple, not easy.

Here’s how to [outcome you’re providing in the post].

99% of [your targeted ICP] haven’t [the solution they’re looking for] because [reason why they haven’t hit their targeted solution].

You can’t [explain what your audience is doing wrong].

If you [ideal solution], then you’ll:

  • [ideal outcome]

  • [ideal outcome]

  • [ideal outcome]

I removed the main topics from that post and turned them into templated formatting for my content. Since I know this post performed well for someone else, there’s no reason it couldn’t perform well for me.

Here’s how to implement this into your business:

  1. Create a Google Sheet with 30 posts that performed well from other creators who target your ICP (ideal customer profile).

  2. Add a column that showcases which category that post will fall under (the ones you created at the beginning of this post).

  3. Create a template for each of the posts.

If you need ideas on what to post, you can use this ChatGPT script (this is for inspiration only; don’t write using AI).

I made a quick example of how I write my LinkedIn posts here:

Repurpose Content:

Once you’ve posted for 1-2 months, It’s time to begin reposting your content.

After 60 days, find your top 15 posts and reschedule them for the next two months. Be sure to change the images, copy, and adjust the posts so they aren’t 100% identical.

This will save you a few hours each month.

I use Taplio for scheduling, content batching, and finding which posts perform the best each month.

Innovative Action Plan:

Once you’ve gone through the entire post, here’s what to do next:

  1. Build your content categories (purpose of your content).

  2. “Steal” ideas from other creators.

  3. Create a Google Sheet with 30 posts you can “steal from.”

  4. Repurpose your top 15 posts every two months.

For my entire system, grab The Growth OS. If you don’t make your money back in the first 60 days, I’ll refund 100% of your investment.

Today, you can use code “BATCH15” for 15% off. Only ten uses.

Cheers,

Alex
