Welcome to this week’s edition of The Growth Innovator Newsletter.

Most of the content I see on LinkedIn gets likes.

But the content formula I use gets DMs, leads, and conversions.

There's a specific post structure that consistently generates inbound leads (not because it's salesy or has a call to action).

It makes your reader feel seen.

I call it the Mirror Post.

Here's the 3-part system. You can write and post this today.

Copy This Framework

Step 1: Name the Exact Painful Moment

Talk about a specific moment your ideal client experiences.

Bad: "Struggling to get leads on LinkedIn?"

Good: "You posted three times this week. Got 40 likes. Zero inquiries. And you're starting to wonder if LinkedIn actually works."

The more specific the moment, the more your reader thinks, "How does this person know my life?"

Step 2: Validate, Don't Fix (Yet)

Don’t jump straight to the solution.

Spend 2–3 lines explaining why they're stuck.

This isn’t to pile on. It’s to prove you've been there or you've seen it play out. This is where trust is built.

Example: "It's not that you're posting bad content. It's that you're optimizing for engagement when you should be optimizing for the right people to raise their hand."

Step 3: Drop One Insight, Then Stop

Give them one reframe, one change, and one thing they didn't know before.
Not a full strategy or a thread. One tip.

Then end with a soft open loop, a line that invites a reply without screaming for one.

Example closing line: "The post that generates leads looks nothing like the post that generates likes. Happy to share what the difference looks like. Just drop a comment or shoot me a DM."

Your 24-Hour Action Plan:

→ Think of the painful moment your ICP faces right before they need you
→ Write 150–250 words using the 3 steps above
→ Post it tomorrow morning between 7–9am
→ Respond to every comment within the first 60 minutes

One post, written with precision.

I’ll see you in next week’s system.
