Welcome to The Growth Innovator. Exclusive content where I showcase how to start, grow, and monetize a 1-person online business through organic content in 2024.
Today’s Email:
The “Straight Knowledge” Content
The “Pure Entertainment” Content
The “Deep Thinking” Content
The “Understanding” Content
Innovative Action Plan
In today’s email, you’ll receive my basic system for creating the four types of content that will drive results. If you want the entire system I use, grab it here.
Alright, Let’s Innovate:
Content should be your #1 focus in 2024.
This is your top-of-funnel and the start of your customer journey. If you don’t focus on posting excellent content:
You’ll have to rely on outbound (and still may not work).
You’ll get very few to zero conversions.
You’ll have a hard time growing your business.
A recent client of mine made their first $700 in 14 days last month. No, that’s not life-changing money. But yes, they now have the resources to make their first $1,000, then $10,000.
All from posting organic content:
The “Straight Knowledge” Content:
The best way to grow on social media is to show people how to do something. That’s where educational or “straight knowledge” content comes into play.
I provide my audience with “quick wins” that are 100% actionable steps.
Consume the content.
Go through the actionable steps.
Take action.
All of this can be done in just a few minutes.
That’s the best part about educational content. It doesn’t need to be a 25-page PDF written by ChatGPT. That’s boring.
Here’s an example of what this content looks like:
I write a sales post every week to sell ~$10k+ / month in digital products.

The “Pure Entertainment” Content:
Your audience can get highly bored if you ONLY strive to teach them.
You’ll risk the chance that they tune out and never read your posts or click on your emails ever again (that wouldn’t be good).
Post some entertaining content once in a while.
The most powerful type of content you create is a mixture of:
Educational
Entertaining
Put these two together, and you’ve just created AWESOME content.
Entertaining content can be:
Your opinions.
Edgy thoughts.
Relatable bs.
That’s the cool part about this type of content. Not everyone will agree or like it, and that’s 100% the point.
Just be careful not to overdo it.
Here’s a perfect example:
The “Deep Thinking” Content:
This type of content isn’t educational or entertaining.
It’s more of a “woah, that’s interesting” response.
I do exceptionally well with this type of content on X. It’s short and simple but always very interesting. Here are two examples:
The best business advice:

Schools will teach you how to be a consumer and an employee.
It's your responsibility to learn to be a creator and an investor.
The choice is yours.

This type of content works very well on platforms where short-form content thrives. Instagram reels, TikTok, YouTube shorts, and X are perfect for this.
Make people think.
The “Understanding” Content:
Get into your audience’s head.
If you know who:
Follows you.
Buys from you.
Listens to you.
Drive this content to get the “wow, this hits hard” response.
Show your audience that:
They aren’t alone.
You understand what they’re going through.
At the end of the day, we are all human. Once in a while, it’s nice to find online content that is relatable and understanding of a problem or situation.
Here are two examples:
$500 Client — Complain, complain, complain
$50,000 Client — “Money sent, thanks”
This how it be 😅

There is nothing wrong with your 9-5 job.
Even if you want to be self-employed...
Increasing your active income sets you up.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Innovative Action Plan:
Now that you have four types of content to post, here’s what to do next:
Create a Google Sheet (grab template here).
Fill in the “purpose” of the post.
Decide the type of content (long-form, video, etc).
Find inspiration on social media to relate your post to.
Repeat this process and schedule your content ahead of time.
If you find this helpful, there’s tons more where this came from.
Grab The Growth OS, my entire blueprint for creating content, writing emails, and building products that sell in 2024. If you don’t make your money back in the first 30 days, I’ll refund 100% of your investment.
Today, you can use code “CONTENT” for 15% off. Only ten uses.
Cheers,
Alex
