Let me show you what I do every week:

I test multiple subject lines for each email I send out.

The best performing test will be used for the majority of my exclusive content.

A/B Testing:

Here’s the current flow of my first monetization funnel:

Social Media Profile → Landing Page → Email List (Capture Emails) → Product/Service Landing Page → New Customer

In the last 2 months, I’ve been A/B testing my landing page.

Here’s what my old one looked like:

I’e seen a MASSIVE increase of email signups utilizing my new landing page.

Here’s what’s included:

Utilize Analytics & Adapt:

Once you know exactly what you are A/B testing - utilize as many analytics as possible to determine what is working and what is isn’t.

For example, these were the 30-day analytics for my pervious landing page.

Here are the results from my new landing page:

For these analytics, I focused on the following:

  • Unique Visitors

  • Total Page Views

  • Bounce Rate

  • Visit Duration

After utilizing analytics to determine which landing page performed better, I tracked which one managed to capture more emails.

I noticed a ~32% increase in email capture.

Last step - execute on my findings.

Implement & Execute:

First, I determined what I would be A/B testing.

Then, I utilized analytics to see which test performed best.

Now for the last step: create a step-by-step execution plan.

Here’ what that looks like:

  • Determine what you will A/B test.

  • Utilize analytics over a 30-day period.

  • Update your landing page design and copy.

  • Enjoy better conversions.

If results aren’t good - try something new.

If results are good - don’t get too comfortable.

Keep testing. Keep analyzing. Keep executing.
