Alright, Let’s Innovate:

Talking to your customers is the best way to improve your product offerings.

When you first start building a product/service, it’s even more critical.

By asking your customers, here’s what you’ll get clarity on:

  • Their problems.

  • What they’ve tried to solve them.

  • How bad their problem is.

  • How much time/money does this problem cost.

With this information, you can maximize the value of your product/service to your customers.

So, let me show you the best way to find your dream customers.

Let’s dive in:

How to Find Prospects

One of the most common questions I see in my Discord and The Growth OS is this:

“How do I find the right people to talk to about their problems?”

The answer is simple.

Search for them.

You can do this on both LinkedIn and X. I’ll be showing you the best way to do this on X as the platform has a much better search function:

  1. Go to the “Search” feature.

  2. Select “Advanced Search”.

  3. For the keyword, type your niche (Ex, Build a personal brand).

  4. For “Minimum Likes,” select 60.

  5. For “Date,” select the most recent three months.

By doing this, you’ll get an accurate search of creators in your niche that most likely target a similar audience.

No, these creators probably won’t be your ideal prospects, but their audience will be.

Follow 5-10 of these creators, which you’ll use in the next step.

The Outbound Process

This following process is where you’ll get new ideas, prospects, you name it:

  1. Create a “List” of the 5-10 creators you found within your niche.

  2. Follow them and turn on post notifications.

  3. Go to the post comment sections.

  4. Look for any comments that ask questions.

  5. Create a list of the questions you find.

Anyone who asked a question could potentially be your prospect.

So, send them this message:

“Hi, Alex! I saw your reply to [name of creator]’s post about using ChatGPT to get unlimited content ideas and grow your brand here on X. I have a script I use for myself and my clients that you may find helpful. Here you go: [insert script here]. I’d be happy to help you set up the script and perfect it for unlimited ideas free of charge. In return, I’d love to ask you some questions. If you don’t have time, no worries! Cheers!”

Here’s what this message will do for you:

  1. Showcases relevancy to the question they asked.

  2. Showcases your expertise on the topic.

  3. Offers free value.

  4. No sales pitch.

No need to sell anything.
No need to be annoying.

Straight to the point.
