Many creators will tell you to pick a niche and target a specific audience.

This isn’t how I’d approach content in 2024. You’re fighting to be different than millions of other creators, so simply picking an audience won’t work.

Instead, let your niche and audience find YOU.

To build an offer, you need a problem.
To find a problem, you need an audience.
To find your audience, you need to post content.

Here’s how I find my audience’s problems:

  • Ask questions.

  • Watch what other top creators talk about.

  • Analyze top search results on Google for your niche.

  • Send DMs to people and ask what they are struggling with.

Low-ticket offers are great for many reasons:

  • Allows you to reach a broader audience.

  • Allows you to benefit more people.

  • Helps you create more relationships.

  • Easier to scale over time.

Build Your Offer:

This step is going to be different for you and me (depending on how you decide to package your solution).

Here’s a step-by-step process you can use for any of the offers I listed above:

  • Package your solution (course, coaching, agency, etc.).

  • Create a name for your offer (consistent branding).

  • Build a landing page (my landing page example here).

  • Showcase testimonials, Q&A, problems you solve, overview of solutions, clear offer, & expected outcome (be clear, not clever).

  • Use platforms like Notion, Thinkific, Kajabi, & Gumroad to build your offer.

Remember, it’s important to perfect as you go.

Your Landing Page:

The landing page you create for your low-ticket product is extremely important. If you mess this up, you won’t see many sales.

Here’s what you should add to your landing page:

  • Lots of social proof.

  • The outcome of your product.

  • Exactly what to expect.

  • Easy checkout process.

  • FAQ section.

  • Excellent copy.
