A mistake I notice many first-time entrepreneurs making is that they spend so much time building a product.
Once they launch the product - results aren’t what they expected.
So, what do they fix?
The product.
Instead - let’s fix your business model / landing page(s):
Sales Page Results in 2022:
I launched a digital product in early 2022.
Here were the sales page results after 1 month:
Daily Average Unique Visitors: 113
Daily Average Pageviews: 376
Daily Bounce Rate: 62%
Daily Visit Duration: 49s
Daily Sales: 3
Daily Revenue: $90
This was a good start for my product.
I’m going to breakdown everything I did poorly and what I’ve improved for my most recent product launch.
At the end of this post - I’ll show my most recent results:
How to Be More Specific:
Right off the start - I needed my average visit duration to increase.
I was more focused on talking about the product - instead of what my customers would get after they purchase the product.
This all begins in the headline + title of your sales page.
Here’s my updated landing page:
Let me break it down:
Clear Title (showcases an outcome)
Clear Headline (what to expect)
Clear Social Proof (images + reviews)
Clear Way to Purchase (get instant access button)
Just from glancing at my new landing page - everything is SUPER clear.
Don’t try to be clever.
Create a Sense of Urgency:
The landing page I first built in 2022 had no urgency (at all).
When prospects visited my product - even if they were on the fence of purchasing - there wasn’t any urgency for them to put their foot down.
Here are 5 ways you can create urgency:
Sticky Banners (top of sales page)
CTAs (call-to-actions)
Discount Codes
Limited Time Exclusive Deals
Occasionally I’ll have a discount code for x amount of people.
First come first serve.
The best way to optimize this step is to keep testing new methods.
See what’s working.
What’s not working.
What you can improve each week.

When I launched my digital product in 2022 - I had very little social proof.
It wasn’t really my main focus at the time.
You should be showing social proof everywhere. If you put your social proof too far down the page - you risk the chance of losing customers.
I use the 5-star rating image that my course has.
I use screenshots of the faces of recent customers.
If you continue reading about the course - you’ll stumble upon some recent testimonials.

After putting all of these findings into actions - here are the new results from my new course - The Growth OS:
Daily Average Unique Visitors: 479
Daily Average Pageviews: 1,541
Daily Bounce Rate: 51%
Daily Visit Duration: 2:08s
Daily Sales: 16
Daily Revenue: $752
I was able to 4x the results.
The biggest takeaway from this post should be this:
If you’re not seeing results - make adjustments.
If you are seeing results - don’t get too comfortable.
Never do nothing.
