Create a Content Schedule:

Before you schedule another post, create a content schedule.

Here’s what that consists of:

  • Date of Post (Scheduled)

  • Purpose of the Post

  • Type of Post

  • Inspiration Used (if any)

A content strategy will help for a few reasons:

  • You know precisely how to prepare.

  • You know precisely what to post.

  • You know precisely why you’re posting it.

Clarity is #1 when it comes to your content. Without knowing what or why you’re creating online, you’re just putting out noise.

Build an Engagement System:

You can post the best content in the world, but it isn't beneficial if you don’t take the time to be social on social media.

My reach is increasing each month because of my engagement process.

This includes:

It doesn’t matter if you focus on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, or TikTok. A proper engagement system works for all platforms.

Write Hooks that Convert:

You now have a content schedule and an engagement system to use.

Next step: create content that converts (this starts with your hook).

Here’s a breakdown of a recent post I created:

The first part of every post is where you do two things:

  • Address your ideal client profile (ICP).

  • Showcase a perfect scenario.

Next is the main body of your post. From here, there are two things you must mention for the post to convert:

  • The problem your audience is facing.

  • Why your audience needs to fix that problem.

I recommend agitating the problem more than once. The more your audience realizes that their problem is horrible, the better.

Lastly, the end of your post should include:

  • The ideal scenario is if the problem is resolved.

  • The solution you have for your audience.

That’s the best way to write any post on LinkedIn or Twitter (X), you name it.

Now, for hooks.

Here’s what I’d recommend:

  1. Start each post with two short 1-liners.

  2. Ensure each line is less than 30 characters.

  3. Use the phrases “here’s how I” or “how I.”

  4. The goal is to personalize your posts, not make them something obvious.

  5. Use numbers and avoid including unnecessary jargon.

The more you practice your post formatting, the better they’ll perform.

Create a Full Top-to-Bottom Funnel:

Now that you have a content schedule, an engagement system, and the inside information to create posts that convert, it’s time to build your funnel.

A top-to-bottom funnel is how your prospects move from the top of the funnel (your organic content) to the bottom (your landing page).

The Goal = New Customers

Here’s the exact flow your prospects should take:

Organic Content → Optimized Profile → Link in Bio (Free Product = Email Captured) → Email Content (Plug Paid Offers) → Paid Landing Page → New Customer
