Welcome to this week’s edition of The Growth Innovator Newsletter.
We keep seeing founders create content on LinkedIn and get nothing back.
And that’s because you’re too unclear on who you’re talking to, what problem you solve, and what outcome you deliver.
The algorithm will not reward your effort. Plain and simple.
You’re rewarded with specificity.
This week’s framework fixes that in under an hour.
Copy This Framework
Layer 1: Choose one person
Name your ICP down to a single sentence. Not 'entrepreneurs.' Specifically: 'B2B coaches with an existing offer who have been posting on LinkedIn for 3+ months but are getting no inbound leads.' The narrower you get, the more people feel seen.
Layer 2: Choose one problem
What is the single most painful, most specific problem your one person has RIGHT NOW? Not a general pain, the thing keeping them up at night this week. Write it as they would say it, not as you would diagnose it.
Layer 3: Choose one outcome
What does life look like after they work with you? Be tangible. Not 'more confidence', but something like 'booked 3 discovery calls in their first 30 days without cold outreach.' Specificity will create more desire.

Implement This Week
Your homework for this week is quite simple but very profitable.
Step 1: Write your Clarity Stack sentence. Don't edit it. Just write it.
Step 2: Put it in your LinkedIn About section (first 2 lines visible before 'see more').
Step 3: Write your next 3 posts using your One Person, One Problem, One Outcome as the filter. If a post doesn't speak to all three, cut it and rework.
Now, ask someone: 'Do you know exactly who I help and what I do for them?'
If the answer is ‘yes’, you’re’ golden.
Now double down.
I’ll see you in next week’s system.
