My High-Converting Post Format

Inside My High-Converting LinkedIn Framework (Steal This Today)

The content I keep seeing on LinkedIn is ultra poor.

I’m talking about 99% of what I see. Founders and business owners are just posting to postwithout any real strategy or care in the world.

So I’m writing this email so you don’t have to make the same mistake.

After posting 2,000+ times on LinkedIn and analyzing over 10,000+ posts, I’ve built a proven format that drives:

  • Engagement

  • DMs/Comments

  • Sales/Booked Calls

My business grows overnight.

Before we dive into this system, I wanted to showcase a quick win in my Private Community this week. Josh has been going through the video content and every Q&A session we’ve had. He’s already seen an increase of 2,780% in his impressions.

I also wanted to welcome our newest members: Akif, Roy, and Aldis!

If you have 5 minutes today, go through this post and copy down my systems:

My 6-Part High-Converting LinkedIn Post Format

1. Hook – The Scroll-Stopper

The first line in your post should provoke curiosity, contradiction, or tension.

Here are a few examples:

  • “Most LinkedIn advice is garbage. Here’s what I’m doing that works.”

  • I got 27 leads from this one post. Here’s the 3-step system I use.”

  • “You’re doing personal branding wrong. I did too when I first started.”

Keep your hooks punchy, avoid fluff to keep your audience engaged, and aim to interrupt your audience in a relatable way.

Here’s the ChatGPT script you can use to write your next hooks:

You are a sharp B2B content writer. Create five first-line hooks for a LinkedIn post targeting [target audience] who are struggling with [problem]. Each hook should provoke curiosity, make a bold claim, or call out a common belief. Don’t use questions. Keep them under 12 words.

  • [target audience] → e.g. coaches, SaaS founders, consultants

  • [problem] → e.g. “getting leads from content”, “standing out on LinkedIn”

2. Problem – What’s Broken

The goal here is to speak directly to what your reader is struggling with. This will build relatability and position you as someone who gets it.

Here’s a perfect example:

“You’re posting valuable content, getting hundreds of likes, but zero new business. It’s not because your content is bad. It’s your formatting. It will never convert.

Make your reader feel seen.

Here’s the ChatGPT script you can use to showcase your audience’s problems:

You’re speaking to [type of professional] who feels [emotional frustration] because they’ve tried [unsuccessful method] but still haven’t achieved [desired result]. Write 2-3 sentences that articulate their pain in a way that builds trust and connection. Use plain, conversational language.

  • [type of professional] → e.g. solo founder, fractional CMO

  • [emotional frustration] → e.g. “burnt out from content with no ROI”

  • [unsuccessful method] → e.g. “posting daily tips”

  • [desired result] → e.g. “inbound client leads”

3. Insight – Truth Bomb

My favorite part of every post.

In this area, you’ll be dropping a massive truth bomb on your audience. This part needs to feel real. Challenge your reader. Make them realize the truth.

This will help your posts stand out from the other noise on LinkedIn.

Here’s a perfect example of this:

“The LinkedIn algorithm doesn’t reward boring AI content. This is exactly what you need to put in the reps, write more, and post every piece of content with a purpose.”

Shift your audience's mindset slightly before introducing your system.

Here’s the ChatGPT script you can use to drop the value bomb:

Create three contrarian or surprising insights that challenge conventional wisdom in [your niche]. These should feel like truth bombs—short, sharp, and possibly polarizing. Each one should start a conversation or shift the reader’s mindset.

  • [your niche] → e.g. B2B content marketing, client acquisition, personal branding

4. System – Your Step-by-Step Framework

This is the part of your post where you deliver the good stuff. I typically use a 3-7-part system that my audience can follow piece by piece.

You can also use acronym frameworks (these perform super well).

Let’s say you’re using the P.O.S.T. Framework:

  • Promise: What result are you going to deliver?

  • Open Loop: Tease what’s coming.

  • Share System: Deliver the how.

  • Turn: Add a perspective shift or twist.

The goal here is to teach just enough to make sure people are getting results. Don’t hold back on this step. Deliver targeted knowledge to your audience.

Here’s the ChatGPT script you can use to share your step-by-step framework:

Act like a systems thinker. Break down [your proven method or process] into 3-5 clear, simple steps. Each step should have a name, a one-sentence explanation, and one example. Make the structure easy to remember and apply.

  • [your proven method or process] → e.g. “how I write lead-generating posts”, “how I repurpose content into DMs”

5. CTA – Low-Friction, High-Intent

This is the end of every post you create on LinkedIn.

Not every CTA needs to be “book a call.” That’s boring.

Here are a few CTAs I’ve used that work even better:

  1. “Want the full template? Comment with “TEMPLATE.”

  2. “If you’re tired of searching for the perfect systems, DM me ‘FORMAT’ and I’ll send you the complete swipe file.

  3. I help founders and business owners build content systems that actually drive results. DM me if that’s you.”

Make your CTAs feel natural.

Like the next logical step to take.

Here’s the ChatGPT script you can use to create your next CTAs:

Write 3 LinkedIn-style CTAs that are conversational, natural, and invite [specific audience] to take a small next step (e.g. comment, DM, or join a community). Each CTA should sound helpful, not salesy.

  • [specific audience] → e.g. solopreneurs, founders, ghostwriters
