Hello, fellow Innovator.

Here’s what to expect in today’s email:

Table of Contents

Today’s email is PACKED with value. If you don’t have time to read now, save this post for later.

3-Layer Content Engine

Every post you create on LinkedIn should serve one of these purposes:

  1. Visibility → Reach

  2. Credibility → Authority

  3. Conversion → Sales

If your posts aren’t turning into DMs, email signups, or long-term trust, it’s because your content is missing these layers.

Visibility → Reach

The goal here is simple: make people stop scrolling.

Here are a couple of examples:

  • “Most creators quit after posting just 30 times.”

  • “The system that took me from 0 → $17K/month with no ads.”

This is your attention grabber. Don’t forget that your LinkedIn content is speaking to a broad audience with curiosity, results, or emotion. Think of this layer as the top of your funnel.

Credibility → Authority

Once people notice you, they need to believe you.

Here are a few examples:

  • Behind-the-scenes of your systems or workflow

  • Screenshots, testimonials, or metrics of your content

  • Frameworks you actually use (not just talk about)

Most people on LinkedIn like to chase likes, saves, shares, comments, blah blah blah. Your goal is to chase AUTHORITY.

Metrics come with authority.

Conversion → Sales

The final layer drives action: joining your email list, DM’ing you, or buying. The goal is to create the next logical step for your audience.

Here are a few examples:

  • “Want my complete 30-day calendar? Join here.”

  • “We built this system for clients who wanted faster results.”

  • “I break down the exact framework inside my free Skool community.

Your content connects your audience from awareness → trust → action.

Using Metrics for Growth

The final step is tracking.

Here’s what I track every week:

  • Reach → from Visibility posts

  • DMs & comments → from Credibility posts

  • Conversions → from Revenue posts

Your week should include all three layers:

  • 2x Visibility posts (hooks and opinions)

  • 3x Credibility posts (proof, frameworks, systems)

  • 1x Conversion post (newsletter or offer promo)

Lastly, I use specific metrics from my LinkedIn posts to determine if the post performed well, or if it was a complete bust:

  1. Go to your analytics.

  2. Filter by 30, 60, or 90 days.

  3. Filter by impressions, likes, and comments.

Based on the results from your posts, filter by those three stats and note the following:

  • High Impressions = Popular Topic

  • High Likes = People Liked Your Topic

  • High Comments = Your Post Was Engaging

I made a video on this last week → watch it here.

Next Steps

We’re teaching these strategies every single day in my free Skool community.

Last week, Pavan finally reached 100,000 followers on LinkedIn and was able to achieve even higher numbers using our systems. This is what we love to see in our community.

We’ve added 50 more invitation slots today.

Make sure to join by the end of the day if you want access to my daily/weekly systems.

See you inside.
