Turn 1 LinkedIn Post into a Week of Leads

Here's the system you can use to turn LinkedIn content into leads.

If you’re posting daily on LinkedIn and not seeing leads, the problem isn’t your content → it’s your system for capitalizing on engagement.

Here’s the process I use to turn a single post into a week of inbound leads:

Step 1 → Post with a Call-to-Action

Not just “buy my thing”. Use something that will get replies.

Example: “We cut our client’s onboarding time from 14 days to 2. Want the full strategy we used for this client?”

Step 2 → Collect Engagement

For 24 hours, track everyone who likes/comments. A simple Google Sheet works.

Column headers: Name / Profile URL / Comment / Fit (Yes/No).

Step 3 → Start Conversations

Reach out to the “Fit: Yes” list with:

“Hey [Name], saw you liked my post on [topic]. Want me to send over that system?”

Step 4 → Nurture Fast

When they say yes, send it, then follow with:

“Curious, what’s your current process for [problem]?”

Most people stop here.

The reason my posts keep producing leads for days is that I’ve built a repeatable workflow with templates, tracking dashboards, and conversation scripts I can run without thinking about it.

It’s the same workflow I give members inside The Accelerator Program — along with my full inbound systems, post formulas, and 1:1 feedback on their content so it hits harder.

Step 5 → Repeat

Test your hooks, double down on what drives the most conversations, and you’ll never run out of warm leads.

Once this becomes a habit, your content won’t just be “another post”. Your content will start being an actual pipeline.

I hope this Saturday’s system was helpful.

P.S. Reply to this email with any questions you have. I’ll be happy to answer them as soon as possible.

Cheers,

Alex
