Start with Long-Form Video
The first thing I do for my YouTube x LinkedIn funnel is to produce long-form YouTube content.
I publish a long-form video every Sunday at 7 AM Central Time.

The goal is to nurture through long-form, extremely valuable systems that your audience can consume and take action (and get results) very quickly.

Promote Using the In-House Newsletter / 3rd Party
Once you’ve got your weekly YouTube content scheduled, the next step is to promote using newsletter / email sequences.
There are two ways we do this:
Your in-house (native) LinkedIn newsletter:

Your primary newsletter platform (Beehiiv or Kit):

Every Sunday (at the same time I post YouTube content), I publish two newsletter articles, one on Beehiiv and one on LinkedIn.
The only goal for these emails is to show the following:
What to expect in the long-form video.
Which steps to take next after watching the video.
A simple upsell to a free/paid product or service.
The system is simple.
1x YouTube video on Sunday.
2x emails on Sunday (different lists).
This is the easiest way to boost your YouTube long-form content, ultimately driving more people to the next step:
Send All Audience to One Destination
The last step is to send your new audience to one place.
For example, we send everyone to our free Skool community. You can find all of our free systems in the community, along with upsells to the premium models.
Here are a few things you could send your audience to:
A free Skool community
A landing page to grab your free 5-day email list
A landing page to subscribe to your free newsletter
A landing page to grab your Notion docs, templates, etc
I recommend funneling to a free product with a paid upsell.
