Step 1: Understand Why Your Content Is Not the Problem
Most LinkedIn creators assume low client conversions mean bad content.
So they post more, test new formats, and study analytics.
Bad move.
The real issue is almost always the offer stack behind the content. You either have one offer when you need three, or you have three offers targeting the exact same buyer at the exact same stage.

Step 2: Build Your 4-Tier Offer Stack
There are only four offer types a 1-person business needs on LinkedIn:
A free entry point that builds trust before any financial commitment. A group or cohort program in the $500 to $2,000 range. A high-ticket 1:1 coaching or consulting offer. Done-for-you services for buyers who want the result without doing the work.
Each tier serves a different buyer at a different stage of trust with you.

Step 3: Match Your Offers to Where You Actually Are
This is the part most people skip.
Under 500 followers: Start with 1:1 only. Get real feedback, real results, real testimonials.
500 to 5,000 followers: Add the group offer and a free entry point.
5,000+ followers: Layer in done-for-you services and brand partnerships.
Building for where you want to be instead of where you are is the reason most offer stacks never convert.
