Alright - Let’s Innovate:
I’ve created content for more than 57 clients.
One of the most common mistakes is creating a product/service that is customized every time you land a new client.
Why is this bad?
Leads to burnout.
Unnecessary work.
Hard to scale.
If you spend every minute of your business communicating with customers trying to be “perfect” in a thousand different ways, it won’t end well.
In the next 2 minutes, I’ll show you exactly how to scale your business:
Building Your Productized Service:
So, what is a “productized service”?
Think about it this way; It’s a service that can be purchased like a product.
If you are currently a freelancer, coach, or someone who hasn’t productized their service yet, here’s how I’d start:
Figure out your niche.
Create different packages for your offer.
Define exactly what is included and what’s not.
Automate and delegate what you can.
Use analytics and obtain customer feedback.
Scale as you go.
Let me show you how I run my copywriting and content creation services:
My Example:
Start by following the 6 steps above:
Niche: I’m good at creating content that helps land new clients, helps sell digital products, and helps grow a massive following. Now I capitalize on that.
Packaged Offers: I’ve got 3 main packages:
7 Posts + 1 Coaching Call + Support
14 Posts + 2 Coaching Calls + Profile Optimizations + Support + Scheduling Content + Video Course
31 Posts + 3 Coaching Calls + Profile Optimizations + Support + Scheduling Content + Video Course
Each package clearly defines what to expect. I also have a set price for each package. If my client prefers something different, I work with them for a personalized approach (cost more).
Automate + Delegate: When you have a lot of clients, it can get difficult to keep up with all of them. I’d recommend purchasing software that can help with organization.
I’d also recommend outsourcing any work that you can.
Analytics: As always, look at your analytics every 7, 14, and 30 days to see what’s working, and what isn’t. If something is working, don’t get too comfortable. If something isn’t working, fix it.
Scale: Once I built and perfected my first package, I began creating the other 2. Start with one, and go on to the next. Scale as you go.

Actionable Steps:
If you’re not sure what type of “packaged deals” you can create, look at it this way:
What in your business is repetitive?
Once you can answer this question, bundle up these services as a “productized service” as shown above.
Here’s what to do next:
Identify the reputation in your business and create packages.
Start posting content on LinkedIn and/or X.
Be as specific as possible with your offerings.
Build a clean landing page to showcase your offerings.
This isn’t just changing how you present your offer.
It’s changing the whole product/service.
For my full system, grab The Growth OS. I’ll refund you 100% of your investment if you’re not completely satisfied.
Cheers to making your freelancing service much more profitable!
